Shows are usually 8:30 with a Sunday matinee at 2:00
Ticket prices are around $30, but there are 'dinner and show' packages

A 19th century village, featuring "Ironworks and Blacksmithing Art Show" in the fall

Morton Arboretum
1,700 acres of beautiful gardens, world-renowned plant collections, and rare and unique natural areas
Open: 7 a.m. year-round and will close at 7 p.m. or sunset, whichever is earlier

Brookfield Zoo
216 acres includes a children's zoo, butterfly garden, and innovative family play zoo

Art Institute of Chicago
One of the great art museums of the world, the Art Institute presents a collection spanning 5,000 years of artistic expression.

Admission: Adults $12, Students and Seniors (65 and up) $7, Children under 12 are free.
Shedd Aquarium
Largest indoor aquarium in the world, with more than 8000 aquatic animals.
