Meshes Company ranks and offers wages to employees on the level of skill and experience that they have shown. However, every employee of Meshes is equal in value to the mission of the company and the effort to be the best. Meshes hires only employees who have shown to be exceptional in the ability to learn and the interest to perform beyond what is expected.
The base level of employment is called Red Team. Red Team employees have been trained and tested to show ability in all areas of our work. At Meshes, we want to offer a broad starting base to employees to help them find their niche in our workforce. For this reason, Red Team employees are apt to work on a variety of projects before specializing. We feel that this situation is beneficial to the client, by offering associates with fresh skill and ideas, to the company, by giving our employees a chance to best serve in any of our departments, and to the person, by offering the employee a chance to find the best field.
The middle level of employment for our associates is called Yellow Team. Yellow Team employees have shown an overall advanced skill level with special skills in some area. Yellow Team members are generally in the one area of our work in which they specialize.
The highest level of honor for our associates is called Green Team. Green Team members are highly specialized expert employees who have not only shown to be exceptional in one or more fields, but have offered something back to the programming, engineering, or teaching community. For example, the creation of a new design tool, algorithm or publication based on an exceptional mastery would advance a Yellow Team employee to Green Team.
